ConstructCo was founded in 1999 by Marcus Holt and Elena Vasquez — two engineers who believed the Pacific Northwest deserved a construction company that treated every project as if it were their own home.
What started as a three-person residential framing crew in Tacoma has grown into a 340-person full-service construction firm with offices in Seattle, Portland, and Bend. We've built hospitals, bridges, schools, and thousands of homes — but our approach has never changed.
